Edon Management is an Alberta-based company that provides vertically integrated facilities, property, asset, tenant and project management services to private and public sector clients. We currently provide services to more than 26 million sq. ft. of real estate in over 80 municipalities across 400-plus sites.

Edon was founded in 1992 by Edward Lazdowski who continues his role in leading the company as President and Owner. Since its creation, Edon has enjoyed the benefits of consistent leadership with a stable vision and culture.

Our team has since grown to over 800 members, all of us bringing experience, expertise, and a commitment to acting with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Edon’s business philosophy hinges on building strong partnerships, adhering to good business ethics, and best practice in all aspects of service delivery.

Since 1992 we have established a solid track record of performance by managing properties efficiently and cost-effectively. Our team works hard to understand your needs and customize solutions. We deliver value and continually improve upon our own processes, setting a high standard in the industry.
