Ed is a native Calgarian and has been the President of Edon Management since its incorporation in 1992. With over 30 years of experience in property management, Ed leads the company’s management team to ensure financial and operational goals are met, and resources are in place to achieve strategic business objectives.

Earning his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary, Ed went on to receive his designation as a Chartered Accountant. He plays key roles in contract negotiations, strategic direction, business development, risk management and supporting the company’s culture of high service standards, partnership and continuous improvement.

Matthew oversees Edon’s accounting and information technology departments. With more than eight years of experience and a CPA designation, he provides financial guidance, manages and produces budgets, and provides leadership to accounting personnel. He also works with business divisions to provide financial management strategies and client reporting requirements.

In addition, Matthew ensures Edon’s information technology systems enable team members to conduct their work efficiently.

Tanya brings a wealth of knowledge to Edon after spending 18 years in the industry as a principal and real estate advisor within a privately owned, commercial real estate brokerage. Her experience and leadership are valuable assets to the organization. She is well versed in commercial lease negotiations, sales and business development, asset management, financial analysis, and marketing, which enhances customer experience and increases profitability across all business units. Tanya’s knowledge and understanding allow her to comprehend both sides of the business and lead the leasing and property management teams to achieve success.

Neilesh is an experienced project manager in strategic planning, site development, design, construction, and commissioning. As a Professional Mechanical Engineer with more than 10 years of experience on construction projects across Western Canada, Neilesh bridges the communication gap between technical teams and ownership groups to execute high-quality projects on tight timelines within budget. He leads key areas and initiatives including Project Management, Project Services (GenCon & ROAM), Technical Support, Quality Management, and the Digital Transformation program.

Jenica leads a team of resources to deliver Edon’s corporate services in the areas of human resources, safety, technical services, internal communication, risk management/insurance, and procurement. Employed with Edon since 2014, she has experience working directly with senior management to advise corporate and operational groups on best practices and initiatives. Jenica has a Master of Communications Management and completed research on the relationship between leadership, culture, and communication in successful change management.

Stephen has over 20 years of project management and construction experience. He is a professional engineer with a proven track record of successfully managing both cross-functional teams and complex projects. Stephen possesses a thorough knowledge of constructability issues, schedule, and cost controls, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Stephen oversees the general contracting, operations/maintenance trades, grounds, and snow removal teams, and .
