Ed is a native Calgarian and has been the President of Edon Management for 25 years. He has over 29 years of experience in property management. Ed leads the company's management team to ensure financial and operational goals are met and that resources are in place to achieve strategic business objectives.

Ed earned his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary and went on to receive his designation as a Chartered Accountant.

Russell Rath, Controller

Russell oversees Edon's Accounting Department and IT services. Russell has developed an extremely strong accounting and business operations background which consists of: financial management, process and business analysis, operational and capital budgeting, financial reporting and financial process analysis.

This, in tandem with over 35 years of business experience, has made Russell an invaluable member of the Edon Management team.

Denise MacInnis, Director – Property Asset Management

Denise has accumulated over 11 years of real estate industry experience within both the leasing and property management disciplines. She has an Associates Real Estate License and is registered to trade in real estate. She's also currently working towards her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.

Her knowledge and understanding allow her to comprehend both sides of the business and lead the Property Asset Management team to achieve high levels of success.

Ryan Middleton, Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager

Ryan has 10 years of experience in the property management industry. As a Senior Property Manager he oversees all commercial, office, and retail facilities in the Property Asset Management portfolio, ensuring the landlord’s obligations to tenants successfully meet lease terms. Ryan also manages staff performance, including overseeing all associates of the Brokerage.

He currently holds the Alberta Real Estate license class of Broker, Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations.

Joe Nosella, Property Manager

Property Manager

Hired as an Operations Supervisor and shortly promoted to Property Manager, Joe has a vast knowledge of building operations. He has 17 years of property management experience in maintenance, operations, and supervisory roles, including his 4th Class Power Engineering designation.

Joe assisted with the launch of an online tenant request/preventive maintenance system, and has skills in troubleshooting, staff mentoring and scheduling, budgets, and client relations. Joe oversees south Calgary’s industrial facilities in the Property Asset Management division.

Randy Hodl, Vice President of Facilities Management

As Vice President of Facilities Management, Randy draws on his in-depth knowledge of Edon’s business and the property management industry to ensure contract requirements and client needs are met through effective implementation of Edon’s systems and processes.

Randy has over 20 years of management experience, is a Mechanical Industrial Engineering Technologist, and holds an FMA (Facility Management Administrator) as well as an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation.

Rod Dushnisky, Director of Operations – North

Director of Operations – North

Rod joined Edon in 2014 as Director of Operations (North Region) as part of the company’s senior management team. He is currently responsible for overseeing various portfolios in Edmonton and Northern Alberta.

After completing a M.A in resource management science, Rod spent over 30 years in the public sector in land management, property management, property development as well as strategic planning. He is applying his experience within Edon as the organization continues to expand its services.

Michael McCormick, Director of Operations – Central

Michael has more than eight years of experience as a facility director and has managed portfolios in excess of 20 million square feet. He has a strong background in capital planning, operating budgets and CMMS platforms. Building performance, energy reduction programs and process development are a large part of Michael’s talent.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics, taken numerous project management and safety courses, and is currently working towards his FMA designation. At Edon, Michael is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of more than 60 Red Deer and Area facilities.

Rod Haas, Director of Operations – South

Over the past 16 years, Rod has gained experience in tenant services, property and project management. As a Property Manager and Senior Property Manager at Edon Management, he has managed a wide variety of institutional and commercial facilities and played a pivotal role in implementing a customized computerized maintenance management system.

Now, as Director of Operations (South), Rod oversees operations for all South Region facility management contracts and manages employee development to ensure contract commitments are fulfilled.

Paul Holscher, Senior Property & Safety Manager

Senior Property & Safety Manager

Since 2004, Paul has held many roles with Edon in facilities management, project management, and corporate services. With over 30 years of experience in property management, Paul is well-versed in company and industry practices. He is responsible for overseeing specialized facilities contracts ensuring terms and key performance indicators are met, while maintaining top-level client satisfaction.

Paul is also responsible for managing and improving Edon’s COR certified Safety Program, including creating new policies and programs to reduce injuries in the workplace. He achieved an NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) designation in 2013 and is experienced in all aspects of safety programs, including training, performing internal audits and ensuring legislative compliance.

Shaun Potter, Director – Project Management Office

Shaun oversees the Project Management Office. His organizational efficiency and ability to work closely with clients makes him an asset to any project. Over the past 17 years, Shaun has successfully managed various projects, from medical equipment installations to renovation and construction projects valued at $70 million. As the Project Management lead, he ensures that project objectives and budgets are met with excellent quality. He also focuses on continually improving processes to deliver on client project needs.
